[Interface] [Error] [no buffer] [overrun]

「no buffer」の前に「overrun（Input Error）」が出力されるのは

        overruns occur when the network interface card is
 overwhelmed and cannot buffer received information before more needs to be sent.
    
「overrun（Input Error）」が出力されず、「no buffer」が出た場合は
Backplaneおよび CPUの処理が追いついていない。
